For our loyal patients that do not have a dental insurance plan, we have an option available to you. We offer a dental benefit program called UDA Membership Club which enables you to get preventive dental care for about the "cost of a cup of coffee" per day! It also provides you with a discount on dental treatment with no deductible, no annual maximum, and no exclusions on any type of treatment.
If you wish to extend credit beyond 30 days, we offer financing options through CareCredit Finance Company. Visit CareCredit for more information.
Our practice accepts most major dental plans and our staff is always available to help you with filing a dental claim. Please provide us with your dental plan information and we will be happy to submit a claim on your behalf. Insurance plans vary greatly and we can only estimate your coverage in good faith. However, we cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients we will bill your dental plan for services and allow them 30 days to render payment. After 45 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid in full.
