Dr. Thomas Ware welcomes you to his practice. He believes that dental care is an integral part of an individual’s medical and psychological well-being. It is his conviction that good dental care comes from the partnership between the dentist and the patient.
Education and Experience
Dr. Ware is from southeastern Idaho, near Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Tetons. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Washington and went on to graduate from the University of Washington School of Dentistry. While serving in the US Army, Dr. Ware completed a two-year dental rotation at Brook Army Medical Center at Fort Sam Houston in Texas, Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri, and Walter Reed Army Hospital in Washington, DC. Dr. Ware is an affiliate professor at the University Of Washington School Of Dentistry and has received several Outstanding Faculty awards. His personal education is ongoing as he attends several dental study clubs, seminar groups, and various other continuing dental education courses throughout the year.
Professional Affiliations and Recognition
Dr. Ware’s commitment to dentistry is evidenced through his awards of Fellowship in the American College of Dentists, the International College of Dentists, and the Academy of General Dentistry, as well as a Mastership from the Academy of General Dentistry. He also maintains membership in the American Dental Association and the Seattle King County Dental Society. Dr. Ware has been given the distinction of one of the “Top Dentists in the Puget Sound Area” since 2005 by Puget Sound Checkbook magazine.
Outside the Office
During his free time, Dr. Ware enjoys biking, reading, traveling, and family activities with his wife, daughters, and grandchild. He has participated for many years in both the Seattle-to-Portland and the Seattle-to-Vancouver biking events and is a lifetime member of the National Ski Patrol Association.
